KOMUNIKATOR exists to hold work conducted at the level where organizational power is exercised through decisions under pressure.

It is established to support companies, boards, and senior leaders where determination of operating condition cannot be reliably conducted from within operating structures themselves.

KOMUNIKATOR exists to maintain independence from execution, distance from incentive, and continuity of responsibility across environments in which value is created, preserved, or lost.

It does not exist to advise, persuade, or manage.
It exists to preserve clarity where authority, consequence, and responsibility converge.

Work conducted under KOMUNIKATOR proceeds only by appointment and only within active decision environments.
Observation without mandate is avoided.
Commentary without context is declined.

Where determination of operating condition cannot be established directly, controlled environments may be used to demonstrate principles without abstraction.

KOMUNIKATOR is structured to remain small, bounded, and resistant to drift.

This charter governs scope, not ambition.
