This is a tricky part about communication. Maybe you've just said one word in there. And because of that one word, the whole thing sounds pretentious.
So easy to lose people, like literally just speak and boom they check out, they go somewhere else. It's always like this fine tuning process and when you have it, it's like a perfectly stitched glove or a perfectly tailored suit. It's amazing. You feel so powerful. You have the ability to turn people who never heard about you into fans. That is just an incredible ability to have.
